I've spent 15+ years in digital marketing for B2B, industrial, and manufacturing companies. I'm HubSpot Certified, and I manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and (increasingly) ChatGPT Ads accounts hands-on for clients. I started my career in Grand Rapids in the furniture industry, then moved to Detroit and worked in automotive. Along the way I've designed logos, websites, trade show booth graphics, product sheets, buyer portals, and email marketing programs for manufacturers.
Everything I write on this site — RFQ benchmarks, platform comparisons, pricing guides — comes from that hands-on client work, not secondhand research. Client experience includes automotive suppliers, furniture manufacturing, engineering software, commercial steel doors, industrial components, and medical device manufacturing. I run Bootstrap Creative and work directly on every account myself; no account managers, no junior staff.
